The project involves connecting the economic and tourism sector, which plays an important role in the promotion and marketing of the tourist destination of Soča Valley, which has great potential in terms of aquaculture. In the content section, the aquaculture sector, tourist organization and local communities will be connected and involved. The film, which will be created as part of the project, will be filmed in the 4K HDR technique (the first in this technique in the FLAG Dolina Soče area) and show the natural beauty of the Soča River from the source to the FLAG Dolina Soče border with tributaries, activities along (water sports, fishing, the life of the locals), and a special focus will be on fly fishing. In the final part of the operation, the film will be publicly broadcast in Tolmin, which is the central area of fly fishing in the valley, as well as in Bovec at the Bovec Film Festival 2019. In addition, at the Tolmin elementary school, a fly fishing workshop will be performed and a short film fragmentation will be presented to educate pupils about the natural condition of  the environment and local traditions.
