The operation includes the promotion of fly fishing as a tourist product and the Soča valley as a tourist destination with the production of 4 promotional films and the implementation of 72 free fly fishing workshops (for beginners, for local kindergartens and schools and for people with special needs). The purpose of the promotion is to increase the visibility of the destination and thus attract as many foreign guests as existing fishermen and beginners, which will have positive economic effects for all local tourism providers and will contribute to the economic growth of the entire area. Promotional films, which will be publicly accessible to all, will increase the number of tourist fishermen from abroad, which will open up additional opportunities for employment in the segment of fisheries management, catering and overnight stays.
