The project provides added value in the field of aquaculture and introduces new packaging for the purchase of fresh fish for reuse. With reusable packaging, a new way of using it will be developed, as regular customers will be encouraged to reuse the packaging. As part of the promotional campaign, consumers will be encouraged to buy fresh fish more often from fish farms in the FLAG Dolina Soče and to adopt a healthy diet. It will encourage and promote the use of fish in local cuisine (this is still at a rather low level despite good conditions) and enable new connections between producers and users - restaurateurs and local residents. This also includes promotional activities and innovative ways to promote sales as part of events and organized events.
