With its activities, the NovaRiba project addresses the development needed to increase the competitiveness of the business environment. We also improve employment opportunities. Since introducing a new product, it has encouraged local self-sufficiency with fish products through short supply chains in the field of aquaculture. In addition to the new product, the existing assortment of the company Faronika d.o.o. will also be presented on the field, which will contribute to the wider use of products from local raw materials and traditions, which has great market potential among residents as well as tourist visitors. Some fish products are already present on the local market, but not well known, so with the project we will try to get closer to the public through the website and field research. We plan to include our existing and new products in the collective brand "Dolina Soče".
