The long-term purpose of the operation is to connect tourist and gastronomic providers operating in the area of FLAG Istra, and to raise the quality of gastronomic products and tourist services. We will achieve this through the pursuit of specific objectives such as strengthening links and partnerships between development stakeholders and partners in urban and rural environments, promoting initiatives and creating the conditions for innovative entrepreneurship throughout the LAG area. The main objective of the operation is to establish a quality and highly competitive product based on Istria's gastronomy, which represents the infrastructure for stakeholder networking, the development of an innovative and comprehensive offer of local products and services, the joint promotion and marketing of Istrian gastronomy and tourist services and the promotion of quality of supply. With the developed infrastructure we will contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of the economy in rural areas and in urban areas on the coast, and create opportunities for new jobs.
