The long-term purpose of the operation is to raise awareness of the importance of the sea, to promote small-scale coastal fishing, diversify in the fisheries sector and to create new jobs. We will add a lot of added value to the operation and the whole fishing community by involving the younger generations of fishermen and the wives of fishermen in the project. In conjunction with other stakeholders and top experts in the local area, especially with farmers and the tourism sector, we will introduce new programs and approaches to local food and local products. The aim of the project is to purchase a mobile kitchen with visual and direct promotion and marketing of local fishery and agricultural products. Through direct contact, visual communication, we will achieve higher consumption of local products and preserve and promote cultural heritage with old fishing customs.
