The investment will establish an automated production line in the new facility, starting with a radio frequency defroster for frozen products, fresh and thawed fish and other fish products will be loaded via the transport line on the target serial weighing machine TBL and multi-head weighing machine MHW, which they will weigh the products into standard equalized, fixed quantities. This will be followed by dosing fish products into trays, which will be packed in ecologically degradable trays with MAP and SKIN technology. This will be followed by tray weight control, metal presence control and machine labeling. The trays will then be sorted into cardboard packaging via the distribution station.
