The project provides added value, encourages innovation at all stages of the aquaculture supply chain and introduces a new product (fish spread) through which new uses will be developed (adaptation of tastes for children, schools, kindergartens and trade partners). The project is innovative in terms of connecting the business entity in the field of aquaculture (Faronika d.o.o.), the purchase of local raw materials and the business entity in the field of dairy and cheese (Mlekarna Planika d.o.o.) and the introduction of a new product in supply chains. Project activities will promote the use of local fish in cooking and promotional activities will encourage sales as part of events and organized events.
