Name of measure: Fishing ports, landing sites and shelters

Legal basis: Article 43(1) and (3) of Regulation (EU) No 508/2014

Measure summary:

• investments improving the infrastructure of existing fishing ports, auctions halls, landing sites and shelters, including investments in facilities for waste and marine litter collection for the purpose of increasing the quality, control and traceability of the products landed, increasing energy efficiency, contributing to environmental protection and improving safety and working conditions,
• investments in the construction or modernisation of shelters for the purpose of improving the safety of fishermen.

Beneficiaries: Coastal municipalities in the Republic of Slovenia, in which fishing ports are located.

Selection criteria

Intensity of public aid: The public aid intensity is 100 percent of the eligible expenditure of the operation.
