| Operation summary | The operation is the implementation of the National Programme for the collection, management and use of data in the fisheries sector for the period 2014-2016 (hereinafter NP). NP was approved by Commission Implementing Decision of 30.08.2013 renewing the national programs to collect primary biological, technical, environmental and socio-economic data in the fisheries sector for the period 2011-2013 to the period 2014-2016. Implementation of NP consists of several activities that enable the implementation of different types of operations, as defined in Article 77 of Regulation 508/2014 / EU and Article 9 of the Regulation on the implementation of measures and technical assistance from the Operational Programme for the implementation of the European Fund for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries the Republic of Slovenia for the period 2014-2020, carried out in accordance with the regulations governing public procurement. |
