The ''PO-TEM RIBE'' operation will provide the latest data on the state of water current temperatures, which will be included in the final analysis, together with historical data, by continuously measuring the temperatures of water streams in the upper basin of the Soča River at 18 measuring points. This will provide longer-term trends in temperature changes and, based on the analysis of the state of the fish community, possible future impacts on it. Trends in changes in water temperatures will help the owners of aquaculture facilities, as they will enable them to adapt technologically to changes in time. Fish stock managers and fishing tourism stakeholders will find the impacts of changes on the fish community helpful in long-term planning of fishing resource management and fishing tourism planning. The final report of the operation will be published in a booklet in Slovenian and English and will be freely available to the public.
