The long-term purpose of the operation is to raise awareness and encourage the general public to recognize the quality of fish and seafood of local origin, the catch and production of which do not pose an additional burden on the environment, increase the visibility of local fishermen and shellfish and increase awareness of environmental responsibility. At the same time, we want to encourage responsible and sustainable production of food from the sea among growers and emphasize its innovative and sustainable potential and integration into the local brand of controlled quality. Through project activities, we will create a new job, prepare the ground for the establishment of the local brand in a sustainable way, locally caught or farmed fish / shellfish.
