Name of measure: Support to the formation and implementation of conservation measures and regional cooperation

Legal basis: Article 37 of Regulation (EU) No 508/2014

Measure summary: In order to ensure the efficient design and implementation of conservation measures under Articles 7, 8 and 11 of Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013 and regional cooperation under Article 18 of that Regulation, the following are supported:

• the design, development and monitoring of technical and administrative means necessary for the development and implementation of conservation measures and regionalisation;
• stakeholder participation and cooperation between Member States in designing and implementing conservation measures and regionalisation.

Beneficiaries: Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food

Selection criteria

Intensity of public aid: The public aid intensity is 100 percent of the eligible expenditure of the operation.
