Beneficiaries shall be responsible for informing the public and designating the source of co-financing for each activity eligible for financial assistance under the Operational Programme for support from the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund in the Republic of Slovenia for the period 2014–2020, i.e. for each activity co-financed from the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and the budget of the Republic of Slovenia.
The responsibility of beneficiaries to identify the source of co-financing is set out in Regulation (EU) No 508/2014, Regulation (EU) No 763/2014, Act Regulating the Coat-of-arms, Flag and Anthem of the Republic of Slovenia and the Flag of the Slovene Nation (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No 67/94) and the Managing Authority Manual for Publicity and Project Designation of the Operational Programme for support from the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund in the Republic of Slovenia for the period 2014–2020 (OP EMFF 2014–2020).
